Another visual feast full of fun... top notch ghost-busting!
It is only now that one of my sons has reached the right reading stage that I realise the sheer genius of Tim Healey and Chris Mould's Mortimer Keene series. I have never seen him devour a book with so many tricky words so fast as he did... zany comic writing and elegantly ghastly pictures that are the joy.
A motivating and entertaining read for emerging readers in junior school... complemented by a set of fantastic black and white drawings.
