This journal is such a helpful resource for young people to help them navigate the recovery journey from trauma. It is full of helpful psychoeducation, activities and methods that can be useful for them to try out and use to help them make sense of what's happened and how that has impacted their daily lives. I love it and will be recommending it to our therapy teams to suggest for those they help.
