Healthy Living James is the book that I needed when I was struggling with my health. Ten years ago, I fell seriously ill out of the blue, which left me bed-bound for two years and house-bound for the next four. I knew that food could be an important part of my recovery journey, but I had no idea how to cook and no energy to concentrate on complicated instructions. I was looking for quick, easy and healthy recipes, with just a handful of ingredients and basic steps that even I could follow. I couldn’t find anything suitable, so I decided to teach myself.’
