Yannis Varoutsikos

Yannis is an artistic director and illustrator. He is plenty of other things, too, but that’s another story. He has illustrated several books on food and drink, including Wine It’s Not Rocket Science (2017), Pâtisserie (2016), Coffee It’s Not Rocket Science (2019) and The Complete Guide to Baking (2017).
