Shivi Ramoutar

Shivi was born in Trinidad before moving to live in New York, and now London. She is currently carving a space for herself as ‘the contemporary Caribbean cook’, and is featured in national papers and foodie magazines, including the Guardian and Delicious. Shivi is a popular presence at food festivals and pop-ups in London and will be teaching a Caribbean class at the Divertimenti Cookery School in London. Shivi was also a contestant on Masterchef in 2013. Shivi is also a passionate spokesperson for promoting tourism in the Caribbean, at Caribbean events for both travel and food publications, throughout the UK.
